In accordance with Article 25 of Decree 13/2020, of May 18, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations, which must be adhered to by the establishment’s customers.
Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 provides:
- . -Hotels establishments may have internal rules and regulations which shall establish mandatory rules for guests during their stay, without contravening the provisions of Law 13/2011, of December 23, or in this Chapter.
2.-The internal regulations shall always be available to users and shall be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible and easily accessible place in the establishment. These regulations shall be publicized on the establishment’s own website, if such a website exists.
- The operating companies of the hotel establishments may seek the assistance of the Security Forces and Corps to evict from the same those who violate the rules of the internal regime, violate the usual rules of social coexistence or seek to access or remain in the same for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of Article 36.4 of Law 13/2011 of December 23.
INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Guests are required to present identification documents at the time of admission to the hotel establishment.
- All users of the hotel establishment, prior to admission, will be given an admission document that must be signed by the customer, and which contains the name, category and registration number of the establishment, number or identification of the accommodation unit, number of people who will occupy it, check-in and check-out dates, and the price of accommodation if the customer has contracted directly with the hotel establishment. The admission document, once signed, shall be retained by the establishment.
- Obligations of users of tourist services: The owners of the establishments may prevent access and stay in the same of the users who breach or have previously breached any of the following duties (art. 36.3 and 22 Tourism Law 13/2011).
– Observe the rules of coexistence and hygiene dictated for the proper use of tourist establishments.
– To respect the internal rules of the tourist establishments, as long as they are not contrary to the law.
– To respect the agreed date of departure from the establishment, leaving the occupied unit free.
– To pay for the contracted services at the time of the presentation of the invoice or within the agreed period, without the fact of presenting a claim implying exemption from payment.
– To respect the establishments, facilities and equipment of the tourist companies.
– To respect the environmental surroundings of the historical cultural heritage and the tourist resources of Andalusia.
- The hotel establishment may request prior guarantee of payment, indistinctly by any of these means: credit card, transfer, etc., for the contracted services, both for the total amount of the reservation and for the extras. The hostel may establish a deposit that will be returned, once the room has been checked, except in the following cases: lodging or visits by unregistered or uncontracted persons; poor condition of the room due to breakage, excessive dirt or bad smell due to the consumption of tobacco or other substances; causing noise or disturbance to other guests, especially at night; leaving later than the stipulated time (12:00h). This deposit does not exclude other possible legal actions.
- The hotel day begins at 12:00 noon on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. On dates of maximum occupancy of the establishment, the availability of the accommodation unit to the user may be delayed for a period of time not exceeding three hours. Without prior agreement, the prolongation in its occupation will not be admitted for a period longer than the contracted time. In case of agreement, the amount of a full day’s stay shall be paid. In case of early departure it is necessary to notify two days before the new departure date in order to be entitled to a refund of the days not used, except for non-refundable reservations or those that imply a minimum number of days of stay.
- Two people will not be allowed to stay in a double room that has been booked as a single room. In this case, the double occupancy rate will be charged. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are not allowed in the rooms.
- Room cleaning hours are from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Do not use the towels in the room for anything other than personal hygiene.
- There is a night schedule, from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., during which you should avoid making noise and disturbing other guests.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment, except as permitted by Law 28/2005, on health measures against smoking, as well as Law 42/2010, of December 30, which amends it.
- Access by persons accompanied by animals is prohibited without the express authorization of the establishment, with the exception of persons accompanied by guide dogs, as established in Law 5/1998, of November 23, regarding the use of guide dogs in Andalusia by persons with visual dysfunctions.
- We do not accept reservations for bachelor parties. Take Hostel Conil reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who has booked and is part of one of them.
- GROUPS: Please contact us by email or phone for more information about the rules for groups, as the establishment reserves the right to cancel group reservations that have not been previously accepted. Group reservations may incur an additional charge.
- It is forbidden to walk barefoot in the establishment.
- For those services of the establishment destined both to clients and to the public in general, the access and/or the permanence of people will be impeded, in the following assumptions:
- a) When the established capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the enclosure or establishment.
- b) When the closing time of the establishment has been exceeded.
- c) When the minimum age established for accessing the premises is not met, according to the regulations in force.
- d) When the person who intends to access has not paid the entrance or locality in the cases in which this is required.
- e) When the person manifests violent attitudes, especially when he/she behaves in an aggressive manner or provokes altercations, causes dangerous situations or disturbances to other attendees.
- f) When the person does not meet minimum hygiene conditions.
- g) When the person is carrying weapons, and objects susceptible of being used as such, unless in accordance with the provisions at all times by the specific applicable regulations, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private escorts integrated in private companies, and access the establishment in the exercise of their duties.
- h) When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or show symptoms of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behavior of being intoxicated. It shall also be cause for expulsion when they cause malicious damage to the facilities, scandal, noise, especially in response to complaints from other users who disturb their tranquility and privacy.
- In all these cases, the hotel establishment may resort to the assistance of the Agents of the competent Police Authority.
- However, and in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses incurred up to the time of the prohibition of access or stay in the establishment.
- Objects left in the rooms shall remain in custody for a period of two months. Underwear, personal hygiene products, food or beverages shall not be included among the objects to be kept in custody.
- Both clients and employees are obliged to comply with the rules established by the authorities on the prevention of COVID-19: use masks in common areas; keep a safe distance between people; wash hands frequently or use hydroalcoholic gel; do not share the elevator with clients from other rooms; leave the room during cleaning or maintenance work; and do not introduce visitors in the rooms. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the Management may go to the Police and proceed to the expulsion of the client without the right to a refund of the amount corresponding to the stay.

- For any kind of doubts or questions regarding the operation of the hostel you can contact our reception staff, who will assist you and if necessary contact you with the person authorized to resolve your doubt or question.
INFORMATION OF COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
- You can be informed at the reception of excursions, services and experiences provided by companies outside the operator of the hostel.
- This establishment is not responsible for the services provided by companies outside the hostel operator.
- All facilities and services offered by the hostel comply with the security measures stipulated for this purpose, ensuring and promoting their safety.
TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS
– Watch and control your luggage. Do not leave it unattended.
– Keep the door closed when you are in your room.
– Close the door to your room when you leave it, and try to open it again to make sure it is properly closed, even if you are only gone for a short period of time.
– Lock your luggage when not in use and place it in your closet. If your luggage has a lock, always use it.
– Never display jewelry, money or valuables in your room.
– Immediately notify Management of any abnormal occurrences you notice such as: suspicious persons in the hallway, repeated phone calls from unidentified persons, knocking on your room door from persons unknown to you, or finding no one at the door when you go to open it.
– Protect your room key. Do not simply leave it at the Reception desk, always return it in hand when you leave the hotel establishment. Never show your room key in public places.
– If you forget or lose your key, only the front desk staff is authorized to provide you with a new key to open your room.
– Our safety measures prohibit smoking in the rooms and the use of an iron or any other electrical appliance likely to cause a fire in the hotel rooms.
– Do not be upset if you are asked at the front desk to identify yourself. It is for your safety.
– When socializing with strangers, do not reveal the name of the hotel or your room number.
– Never allow repair personnel to enter your room without being requested or authorized to do so by the hotel management.
– Never allow people into your room with unsolicited deliveries.
– Never discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.
– If you discover any deterioration or anomaly, please contact the front desk.
– The electrical installation in your room is 220 Volts.
– Respect the areas in which the rooms are located during the night and napping hours, and in general, avoid making unnecessary noise.
– Please use the facilities appropriately, respecting the furnishings and floors of the hotel establishment.
– Please respect the opening hours of all the hotel facilities.
– We appreciate your participation in the event that during your stay in the hotel establishment, any fire and evacuation drill is practiced.
– Some schedules may change depending on the time of the year.

– Lodging + surf packages or surfcamps:
– Up to 7 days before the check-in of the reservation, free cancellation.
– In the 6 days prior to check-in, there is no cancellation, modification or refund of the reservation.
– The surfing, activities and services we offer depend to a great extent on nature and therefore, on the weather and swell conditions. In case the conditions are not favorable, different activities will be offered or the date or time of the activities will be changed within the dates of the reservation. In no case will they be refunded.

RENTAL
- The participant accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein, including such terms and conditions as by force of law may be necessary to apply in the future in defense and protection of the participant.
- The participant declares to have the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the use of the sports equipment that he/she rents and that the equipment is in perfect condition. He/she assumes responsibility for loss, care and damage of the rented equipment, having to reimburse the company the amount of any damage that could suffer the material or the restitution of the same in the case of loss or theft. Finally, he/she confirms that the material will be returned to the school clean and free of sand before closing time.
- The participant acknowledges that he/she is in the necessary physical condition to practice the sport and that he/she does not suffer any injury that could endanger him/her. The company is not responsible for any injury suffered during the practice, neither to the participant nor to third parties, of the disciplines that you will perform.
- The participant accepts and acknowledges that the use of the various sports equipment and/or tools belonging to the company could cause physical injury or damage to the participant and the participant voluntarily accepts the use of such materials and assumes the risk that this entails for his/her previous physical condition. In the event of death or accident to the participant while using the sports equipment and tools, the participant accepts and agrees that the company is exempt from liability to the extent acceptable under applicable law. The company in turn guarantees that the sports services it provides are provided with sufficient skill and knowledge to protect the physical health of the participant.
- The company may assign any of its obligations and rights under these terms and conditions to a third party, the participant agrees that the obligations and rights of the company may be transferred to a third party without prior notice.
- The failure of the company to enforce or inform the participant of its rights and obligations, at any time or for any reason whatsoever, shall not be grounds for waiver thereof.
- In the event that the participant is a minor (under 18 years of age), an adult accompanying the participant must accept the terms and conditions on behalf of the minor, acquiring the responsibility and rights exempting the company from any liability for injury or physical damage.
- The participant authorizes the company to take photos and videos of the classes and activities in which he/she participates and publish them in social networks or other visual media, and in their advertising use through the same and other instruments of dissemination such as posters, flyers, vinyls, pamphlets, etc. Participants who do not wish to transfer their image rights to the company must do so explicitly in this document, expressly stating so in writing.
CLASSES

- The participant confirms his participation in the course given by the company assuming the risks involved in the sport, always agreeing to follow the rules set by the monitor, respecting the limits of navigation of no more than 500m from the shore or in the space where the activity takes place. - The participant guarantees that he/she knows how to swim and is physically able to perform water activities and sports and other activities offered by the company. Furthermore, he/she acknowledges that he/she is free of any illness or physical disability that would prevent him/her from performing any sport normally. If this is not the case, the client is obliged to inform the company of any old or recent physical condition that has prevented or prevents him/her from the normal practice of any exercise or sport. The company is not responsible for any injury suffered during the practice of the disciplines you will perform.
- The participant accepts and acknowledges that the use of the various sports equipment and/or tools belonging to the company could cause injury or physical damage and the participant voluntarily accepts the use of such materials and assumes the risk that this entails for his or her previous physical condition. The personal data of Mr. Customers will be processed for the purpose of booking, provision and collection of hotel services and in the case of having their express consent, sending information about offers and services of the hotel. Being able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion (oblivion), data portability, limitation and opposition to its treatment, by simply requesting it by any means to the hotel establishment in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and the Organic Law (ES) 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
