– When is the Checkin?

Check in starts at 3:00 pm and check out is until 12:00 am.

– Can I leave my luggage after check out or before check in?

Of course, we have a room to store your luggage safely.

– What is a room with shared bathroom?

It is a room that has a bathroom outside the room. This means that you have to leave your room to use the bathroom or shower. Please note that if you have booked a room with a shared bathroom, you will share the bathroom with the other guests.

– What is a shared room?

If you book a shared room, you will share your room with other travelers and sleep in one of our cozy TAKE pod bunk beds. We have shared rooms from 4 to 10 beds. Staying in a shared room is great, because it is cheap and the best way to meet new people traveling the world.

– Do the shared rooms have private bathrooms?

No, we have shared bathrooms for the shared rooms. These are located outside the rooms. Only private
rooms have private bathrooms.

– What is a private room?

A private room is a double or quadruple room exclusively for you, or for you and your friends or family. If you do not feel like sharing a room with people you do not know, we recommend this option. You can make any shared room in Take Hostel private by reserving all the beds in that room.

– Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

Yes, we have air conditioning throughout the Hostel.

– Are sheets and towels included in the price of the bed?

A pillow, a comforter or blanket and clean sheets are provided in all our rooms. Towels are included if you are staying in a private room. If you stay in a shared room you can rent a towel at reception.

– Is there a kitchen in the hostel?

Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook your own meals. The kitchen is open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

– Is there a washing machine in the hostel?

Yes, a laundry machine and a dryer.  You can check availability, opening hours and book at reception

– Are there hair dryers?

Yes, there are hairdryers in each bathroom.

– Can I bring pets?

Sorry, pets are not allowed at TAKE Hostel.

– What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash (euros), Visa and Mastercard.

– Can I invite people who are not staying at the hostel?

It is strictly forbidden to invite them to the rooms. To receive visitors in the lounge you must request it at reception.

– Can I come directly to the hostel to book a bed or room?

Of course you can! But as there is usually a lot of demand, especially in summer, we suggest that you call us first to confirm availability.

– How do I make a group reservation?

If you are a group of 8 or more, you can contact us by email, whatsapp or phone. We do not accept reservations for bachelor parties and must be previously accepted by reception.

– How do I cancel or modify my reservation?

If you have booked directly through our website, you can contact us by mail or phone. If you have booked through any of our sales channels, you will have to make the modification through the same channel from which you made the reservation.

– Can I book with Take Hostel, if I don’t have a credit card?

No, we are sorry. You need a debit or credit card to guarantee your reservation.

– Is the hostel safe?

Our hostel is safe. Every bed comes with a locker. The area is safe and our reception is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so there is always someone available if you have any problems or need help. We also have surveillance cameras in common areas and corridors. Access to the hostel and rooms is by fingerprint only.

Is there public transport between Conil and El Palmar?
Unfortunately not, but our Hostel offers a shuttle service for it’s clients with surf class and rentals. In case you want to surf in El Palmar. Also you can rent a bike with Take to get around.

Can I park at the Hostel?
Theres plenty of free, public parking lots in the neighborhood of the hostel.

Can you store your surfboard or bike safely in the Hostel?
Yes, we have an indoor space where you can keep your travel companions.

– I would like to learn surfing, where can I book classes?
You are at the perfect place to learn surfing! We have too surf schools one in El Palmar and one in Conil. You can book with us directly by phone, website, mail or whatsapp, when you do your booking.
